Buy With Confidence — Your Horse’s Health Matters

We understand that buying a horse is a major decision — and one of your biggest concerns is health.

That’s why we’ve built a process that prioritizes transparency, proper care, and professional evaluation before any horse is offered for sale.

Our Health Commitment

Every horse we sell is carefully assessed to ensure it meets our standards for:

  • Overall physical condition

  • Soundness and mobility

  • Behavior and mental well-being

  • Suitability for its intended use

We do not list horses with known serious health issues, and we are committed to honest disclosure at all times.

Veterinary Checks

Before sale, each horse undergoes a general health evaluation which may include:

  • Physical examination

  • Observation of movement and soundness

  • Review of medical history (when available)

Additional veterinary examinations can be arranged at the buyer’s request.

What You Can Expect From Us

We believe in full transparency. This means:

  • Accurate and honest descriptions

  • Clear communication about any known conditions

  • Videos and details that reflect the horse’s true state

We will never intentionally misrepresent a horse.

Buyer Responsibility (Important)

To ensure complete confidence in your purchase, we strongly recommend:

  • Conducting an independent pre-purchase veterinary exam

  • Requesting additional videos or live viewings

  • Asking questions about anything you’re unsure of

This step protects you and helps confirm the horse is the right fit.

Health Guarantee Coverage

We offer a limited health guarantee under the following conditions:

  • The horse is confirmed to be in good general health at the time of sale

  • Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Claims must be supported by a licensed veterinarian’s report

What Is Covered

  • Undisclosed serious health conditions present prior to sale

  • Significant medical issues that affect the horse’s intended use

What Is Not Covered

  • Conditions that develop after delivery

  • Minor or cosmetic issues

  • Stress-related conditions due to transport or environmental change

  • Injuries occurring after the horse has been delivered

  • Buyer’s change of mind

If a Concern Arises

If you believe there is a health-related issue:

  1. Contact us immediately

  2. Provide veterinary documentation

  3. Allow us to review the case thoroughly

We are committed to working toward a fair and reasonable resolution.

A Relationship Built on Trust

Our goal is not just to sell horses — it’s to build long-term trust with every buyer.

We stand behind the horses we offer and remain available to support you even after your purchase.
