Overview

Due to the nature of horse sales, all transactions are handled with careful consideration and transparency. We encourage buyers to ask questions, request videos, and review all information before purchase.

Sales Finality

All horse sales are generally final once the transaction is completed and the horse has been delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • Significant undisclosed health issues
  • Misrepresentation of the horse’s condition or training

Any claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery and supported by veterinary documentation.
